    Your meal sounded amazing! I love a good homemade chicken enchilada. Mmmm.
    I staged a backyard poolside graduation party all day on Saturday and then met old friends for dinner in the city on Sunday. It was a great weekend. Hope yours was also!

    Beautiful vignette Colleen!!! I think the 'what's on the menu' has made me crave chicken enchiladas!
