These look really special - although i'd use them not for wine - maybe for a special milk shake - or even a dessert! Have a sweet week!

I'm sitting here visiting all my friends today 'cause it's too darn hot to do anything in the studio or garden, so when I saw you had stopped by I came right over to say hi! It's a record breaker for our area today at 96 degrees. We never get this hot, but it has been the hottest summer on record for us.

Those are such great glasses Colleen. I adore that little chair too.
Have a wonderful weekend my friend!
many hugs...

When I see your banner picture, I just know you will be able to do something beautiful with these milk glass goblets. I saw some yesterday at an Antique Mall and am always drawn to them.

Milk Glass, comes in so many forms. I have hand painted plates from the late 1800s, and the gamut runs wide. Jewelry, beads, decorative figures, and the list goes on. My son recently went bottle picking and found about 7 pieces of milk glass containers. This has been around as a standard for quite some time. These glasses/goblets are beautiful! And like you said, everyone should use their pieces occasionally. It's why they were made.
