W H I T E
W E D N E S D A Y

I am linking up with everyone over @

Kathleen is so good to have us all!

This is some of our collection of

Milk Glass
These pieces are on the top shelf of our pantry.
(as seen in the April 2009 edition of Canadian House & Home)

Milk Glass comes in so many pretty shapes & sizes
I never get tired of it!
And I never get tired of seeing all the other
White Wednesdays!

OH! I just remembered this is my 100th post...wow ...I never thought this day would actually happen!...I was slow starting!
I think I will have to do a give away...but I don't know how so I will have to do some research!

ooooh! thank you so much for taking the time to visit and your beautiful comment.
I use to have a large selection of milk glass, but slowly gave it all up in my shop!
I kind of miss some of it when I see it displayed in the way you have it :)

There are some good stores there. My friend Diane has a store called Country Comforts, on Cook St. There is another called Century in Oak Bay. Sweet Pea just off of Cook. The consignment store seems to be under renos, for a really really long time. Don't forget to go to Chintz and Co. oooooh lllaaa llaaa.

Something else we have in common. My mother collected milk glass for years and when she left us I got it. It's treasured memories captured in white.

I love the opaque quality of milk glass; your collection is stunning and makes my 5 pieces seem rather paltry; inspired to hit the French Brocantes once again with this in mind. Thanks and please feel free to visit if bored...
