We love mirrors, their reflective quality & their frames!
This is a picture of our front hall, you can see a gold framed mirror on the opposite wall.
We have sold many mirrors.
I won't bore you with the number of mirrors we have hanging in our home!
(we have to store them somewhere! before they go to the booth!)
How many do you have reflecting light in your home!

Your front hall is just beautiful in every way! I have several mirrors in each room of my home. I love them as I can see you do too. Happy Weekend!

Quite lovely.
When I was younger I had more mirrors around the house, now that I'm older I think I tend to avoid them. We have lots of windows though and live in the desert, so we get so much light already. I think I only have them in the bathrooms - never even noticed that.

I love mirrors too Colleen and always second guess when I sell them. I would like THAT one before it goes to the booth! (seriously)

I have a pretty nice collection of hanging mirrors as well, in every room and then some. I've collected them for a very long time. Some were painted white !! and I stripped them (very detailed frames too so you can imagine the work involved). What was I thinking !

Lovely entry.

We love mirrors too and have 9 up at the Little House with more waiting. The City House also has many up but more waiting to go up after the painting (someday).

I love mirrors too. I find I don't get tired of them hanging on my walls and they do reflect nice light. I have 3 large ones, one in my dining room and 2 in the living room.

Wow, your entry is gorgeous!!! I love mirrors as well and have them all over but often wonder if people think they're up so I can admire myself...not the case:)

I have so many mirrors on my walls and many more in closets! I've painted a few lately and will rotate them out with some others. The large ones will stay put. ;)
Your entry is beautiful.
Thanks for coming by for a visit...I hope you can get down here and visit one day! The linens were luscious at the RA shop.
Have a great weekend!

I love mirrors also...they are such a important part of decorating. Somehow I think I had the exact same frame as you did...but it was gold.

Colleen,
your entryway is lovely! I love mirrors but don't have that many around the house. I do layer them on my mantle at different times of the year, they really do add some nice sparkle!

You are a girl after my own heart! I don't think one can have too many mirrors do you?
You guys really did get a lot of snow Colleen. WOW, your garden looks beautiful in white!!! We got about 7" of snow today...our first for the year. That is really unusual for us. By now we often have about three to four feet. I am loving this because I am not a snow lover :)
I hope you have an awesome weekend Colleen!

They can be conversation pieces and works of art!... to me a mirror can actually be incorporated into a room design in a subtle way to open up an area or to mix different areas.
Lovely blog!!!

I need to get my own Vintage Home mirror!! Right now we only have one mirror hung... but then we don't have much of anything hung on our walls because of our (never-ending!) renovations. Maybe by this summer!! ;-)

How very pretty! I adore mirrors. In fact, I have to keep myself from buying mirrors when I'm out shopping. Anyhoo, thank you for the visit and the sweet comment @TheDedicatedHouse. It means the world. Hope you have a grand day! Toodles, Kathryn

I have that mirror hangin' in our bath...it's hung the other way and looks a bit more weathered 'round the edges. I loved it when I bought it and I still love it.

It looks wonderful in your settin' too!

God bless your week sweetie!!!
