Turquoise Tuesday # 2 & Mothers Day!

Isn't it wonderful that Mothers Day
(here in Canada this coming Sunday)
And the Blooming of
Lily Of The Valleys
Happen so close together!

I am sure I showed this TeaCup last year,
but it deserves another mention!

I should have never sold this TeaCup!
But I am sure it is in a good home!

Do you ever have regrets in not keeping something?

What a special teacup..I can imagine that you do regret letting it go, but I know whoever has it, is enjoying as much as you would. (that's what I always tell myself).

I do have a regret of letting something go..Years ago, I gave a precious vintage creamer, made in England, that I treasured to a friend, because I thought she would consider it a very special gift. Let's just say, that sometimes treasures to you are not so deeply felt to someone else.

Happy Mother's Day to you my friend. xxoo

What a beautiful teal teacup! We were just in Victoria for a vacation and I am envious of you living in BC. We finally are getting 28degrees in Saskatchewan these past two days. Take care.

I do have a few Colleen. I remember when my daughter had her store and I sold some things in it. I had a couple of great furniture pieces that I should have kept but they are long gone now.I do love that sweet cup of yours (or should I say, some other very lucky lady).
If I don't talk to you before---I want to wish you a Happy Mother's Day!
hugs...

So pretty! I have quite a few of my grandmother's pretty teacups and I'm so glad I haven't parted with them - though the thought had crossed my mind years ago.

Lilly of the Valley is one of my favorite flowers but i do not plant it at home because it is poisonous for dogs, and mine is a bit curious at times! :)

You just reminded me to check my back yard for some scented flowers. I forget they are out there.
I have given away one of my Santas but I didn't remember doing it until this year when it was missing from my collection. Many days of stewing over this and finally it came to me that I gave it to my nephew's wife last year. Doh!!!
